How do I connect a social account?
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Connected Accounts and click Connect next to the platform you want to add. You'll be taken through a secure OAuth flow.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing at any time. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Is my content stored securely?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted and never exposed in the UI. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Do you offer refunds?
We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods, but if you experience a service issue we'll work with you to make it right. Email [email protected].
Can I use SocialCRM for multiple personal brands or side projects?
Yes. The Creator plan includes 3 workspaces and the Agency plan includes 10, so you can keep each personal brand, side project, or client isolated with separate accounts, content, and analytics per workspace.
