Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using SocialCRM.org (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users including individuals, teams, and organisations.

2. Description of service

SocialCRM.org is an AI-powered social media management platform that allows users to draft, schedule, and publish content across connected social media accounts, and to analyse post performance. Features include AI content generation, brand persona management, content calendars, and multi-platform publishing.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties without their explicit consent.

5. Connected social accounts

When you connect a social media account, you grant us permission to publish content, read account data, and retrieve metrics on your behalf using the access tokens you authorise.

You represent that you own or have the right to use any social media accounts you connect, and that your use of those accounts complies with the terms of service of the respective platforms (Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).

You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting accounts from Settings or by revoking permissions directly on the respective platform.

6. Content and conduct

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or publish through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and transmit your content solely to provide the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you publish. You agree not to use the Service to post content that:

  • Is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, or hateful
  • Infringes any intellectual property or privacy rights
  • Contains spam, malware, or phishing material
  • Violates the terms of service of any connected social platform
  • Impersonates any person or entity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

7. AI-generated content

The Service uses AI to generate post suggestions, rewrite copy, and suggest hashtags. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publishing.

We make no guarantees about the accuracy, originality, or fitness of AI-generated content. You should not publish AI-generated content without human review.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
  • Use the Service to build a competing product
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data
  • Use automated scripts to interact with the Service in a way that exceeds normal usage
  • Resell or sublicence the Service without our written permission

9. Billing & payments

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

If your payment fails, we may suspend your account after a short grace period. You can update payment details from your account settings.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

10. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, deploy updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SocialCRM.org and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for your purposes.

13. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from Settings. On cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days then permanently deleted.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the breach.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
